For starters, try the award-winning she-crab soup, smoked salmon served over cucumber slices with homemade horseradish cream cheese spread, finished with tomato salsa. If you really want to indulge, try the fondue, a decadent blend of cheese with alfredo sauce served with toasted baguette rounds. The Caribbean and Caprese salads are fresh and tasty.

Specialty entrees are served with salad or soup du jour, warm dinner rolls and a side dish—the gorgonzola mashed potatoes are exquisite.  The prime rib is slow roasted for 18 hours. Or savor the Lowcountry shrimp and grits or go light Mediterranean-style with the seafood pomodoro. Other musts are the Caribbean Chicken and the Martini Linguini tossed with grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and alfredo sauce finished with a dusting of Italian bread crumbs.
