Hickory Tavern

New to the area, Hickory Tavern offers casual dining with a bar atmosphere, excellent for families and sports enthusiasts. Located in the North Town Center near Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach real estate, this spacious and airy restaurant boasts dozens of TV screens for sports viewing. Sit at the bar and catch just about every game from numerous screens. 

Hickory Tavern’s extensive menu features your typical bar foods from appetizers, wings, tacos, nachos, sandwiches and Tavern specialties. The fresh made B.Y.O. Salads are served in a chilled metal bowl with your choice of dressing. Popular menu items include homemade chips, Smokehouse burger, Philly cheeseteak and wings. Blackened fish tacos are quite delectable, as is the gumbo and brussell sprouts. Healthier options are found in the Skinny Plates and Signature Salads section of the menu.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the Bucket of Boat Trash:  Alaskan Crab Legs, Steamed Shrimp and Oysters served with one side item. The kids menu is large—as is the portions—including school lunch pizza, pasta with sauce, quesadilla, cheese sticks and other kid favorites.
