One TripAdvisor reviewer expresses: “Just like a piece of Texas dropped into North Myrtle Beach!”
The Saloon-inspired Brisket serves melt-in-your-mouth brisket—obviously—pulled pork, chicken, steaks, ribs, sausage, and salmon. The meats are smoked in-house daily. If you want to stay home in your gorgeous North Myrtle Beach real estate, call in and order meats by the pound along with appetizers, sides, and desserts.
Before your main meal, you’ll have to consider one of the many delicious starters. Deviled eggs, Frito pie served in a cast-iron skillet, and fried green tomatoes are often raved about. Many folks have touted Brisket has the best burgers in town. Served on a buttery grilled brioche bun with a side of fries choose, some of the burgers include the pimento burger, jalapeno burger and, the chili burger. But, some say it’s the sides that win them over. The classic BBQ sides are on the menu including cole slaw, hushpuppies, baked beans, collard greens and mac n’ cheese. Wash it all down with some sweet tea brewed to Texas perfection.
The saloon, complete with a full 1800s Western-style bar serving top shelf Bourbons and a wide selection of regional craft beers and a picture of John Wayne hanging on the wall, has daily happy hour specials posted on the chalk board.
Pardon, before you go, please try the pecan pie.
