Cherry Grove in South Carolina, is one of several communities of the city of North Myrtle Beach. Cherry Grove Beach is the north end of the Grand Strand and is situated along coastal South Carolina midway between Charleston, SC and Wilmington, NC, and is flanked on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and the west by the Intracoastal Waterway. To the north and across the border are the neighboring coastal communities of Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Calabash.

Sea Mountain Highway is the only way into Cherry Grove Beach from U.S. 17. Cherry Grove Beach has many vacation rentals and residential homes. Many new high rises, oceanfront condominiums and beach houses, and lining the serpentine channels and inlets away from the ocean you'll find rows of raised channel homes and villas. Cherry Grove residents and tourists pick this section of the Strand because they enjoy catching, cleaning and cooking their own seafood. Cherry Grove has always had a strong real estate market.
